The staff here was very knowledgeable, the location is magnificent and perfect, plus the queen room was beautifully decorated, well-heated, and well-equipped.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Vitoria - fine if you're driving but less so if travelling by public transport. It's in a village (or what used to be a village) with a busy road running through it linked to the city by a new suburban development of high rises that's unfinished - you need to walk through it if you're using the bus to get to Vitoria as the bus doesn't actually go into the Elorriaga village. It's about a 10 minute walk and seems safe enough, but not particularly pleasant. It felt quite out on a limb. I think it'd be fine as a starting point for walking/cycling/horse riding in the countryside, but not great as a base for exploring Vitoria.

Beautiful 16th century building, very comfortable, safe and free parking, very friendly.

The room had stylish decor, the location was very convenient, and the restaurant served delicious dinner with pleasant dishes, all complemented by a lovely garden view.

Fantastic base for exploring Vitoria-Gasteiz. Charming old hotel situated in a beautiful historic building. - the king room was beautifully decorated with a spacious bed and a large, inviting bathroom.

The location is absolutely perfect and they have parking onsite. It's in a very attractive building in the downtown area.

Super cozy spot with friendly staff and free wi-fi. the hotel's in a chill and sweet spot, not far from a bus stop. Puts you in a safe area. 🌟

the hotel was reasonably equipped for our needs. The rustic design of the rooms was different. The special show was an interesting challeneg to operate but good!

Old restored palace lots of oak beams, very peasefull, friendly staff easy access to the city good value for the money

The location here is fantastic, very close to a bar/restaurant just across the road.

Nice old house in lovely grounds and ample free parking. Room was small but pleasant. Easy to get to the city, but right next to a beautiful nature park with woodland walk and hides to see birds and animals.

Air con was a bit feeble.
